  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellations. 

2. How to Cancel Your Order

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email at support@napchief.com or WhatsApp us at +919892702849. Please provide your order number for quicker service.

3. Refund Process

  • For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed to Chief store credits wallet.

4. Modifications to Orders

  • If you wish to make any changes to your order, such as size, color, or quantity, please reach out to us within next 12-18 hours. We will accommodate the changes subject to stock availability.
