Shipping Policy

  • We shipping all over India.
  • Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Prepaid orders will be shipped by Express Shipping and will be received in 3-5 days.
  • Free Shipping for all online paid orders above Rs. 1,000.
  • COD facility available but we recommend making prepaid orders to ensure social distancing

Exchange Policy

  • Easy 7 day exchange policy
  • Just click on the Return an Order link at the bottom of the page
  • Mention the order number and email id to find your order details
  • If you select exchange, our team will get your item picked up and send the exchange 
  • Note: Without tags outfits wont be picked up
  • Incase you don't want a replacement, we will issue a gift card worth the value of the product. This store credit can be used in the website within 1 year. No refunds available.
  • Note: Second time exchange would be charged a fee of Rs. 250
  • In case of missing item(s), share video of unboxing the package and its contents to resolve the issue swiftly.
  • Note: No discounts applicable on exchange

  • Please note- For items bought during SALE, an exchange fee of Rs.100 is charged

Sale Policy

  • Sale orders are final, which means no returns or refunds on sale purchases. But don’t worry—your kiddo will love what you pick! 💖
  • Still, if you are not sure about the size/ style, no problem! You can exchange your order, and we’ll arrange a pickup at an additional fee of just ₹100.
  • Some items might go out of stock quickly, so grab your favourites before they’re gone! 🏃‍♂️💨  
  • To avoid the hassle of exchanges, take a quick look at our size chart before you place your order😊
  • Sale time is super busy, and we’re working hard to get your orders out ASAP. If there’s a slight delay, thank you for your patience—you’re the best! 💌
  • If you find a damaged or defective product, just let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out for you quickly :)
